| SpCrossreactivity | The antibodies used in the kit are not specific any specific IgG (IgG1, 2 etc) and may react with most IgGs. However, no significant reactivity is observed with IgA, IgM, or other serum proteins. Pig IgG ELISA kit reactivity was tested with the following animal serum at dilutions of 1:1k: Mouse, Rat, Human, Monkey, Hamster, Guinea Pig, Bovine, FBS, Goat, Rabbit, Chicken, and Sheep serum IgG had less than 1% crossreactivity. |
