背景簡介：
自身免疫抗體是機(jī)體在非正常狀態(tài)下，由機(jī)體自身免疫系統(tǒng)分泌的針對機(jī)體自身蛋白的抗體。比如：系統(tǒng)性紅斑性狼瘡疾病產(chǎn)生的抗體。自身抗體產(chǎn)生的原因有很多，具體機(jī)理還有待研究。多數(shù)學(xué)者認(rèn)為：一些自身抗體的產(chǎn)生是由于遺傳因素和環(huán)境因素共同作用的結(jié)果，比如：一些病毒性疾病或長期在處于有毒化學(xué)毒素下，都可以導(dǎo)致自身免疫疾病。自身免疫疾病源與機(jī)體對自身體內(nèi)或組織產(chǎn)生免疫應(yīng)答。換句話說，免疫系統(tǒng)將機(jī)體自身的物質(zhì)誤認(rèn)為病原。這主要局限于一些特定組織：(比如：甲狀腺)。自身免疫疾病的治療主要依賴于免疫調(diào)節(jié)藥物用于降低免疫應(yīng)答。
